Riviera will process your order within 1 week of when it was placed. We operate Monday - Friday and ship Monday - Friday depending on your order size, type and our mobile show room's horse show schedule. All orders placed Friday - Sunday will begin processing the following week. We ship USPS Priority which typically takes up to 3 days AFTER in-house processing times for delivery depending on your location. Canadian orders may take anywhere from 3-21 days to deliver. If you would like your order sooner, please contact us to arrange express shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination country and the shipping method selected. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once a package has left our facility.
If you have a preferred international shipping carrier or service, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a quote if applicable. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, not all carriers or services are available for all destinations.
We typically ship international orders using carriers that provide tracking information. If an alternative shipping method is requested, please note that tracking, delivery timelines, and reliability may vary. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages when a non-standard shipping method is selected.
Once an international shipment has left the United States and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, customs processing, or delivery issues.
Import Duties, Taxes, Tariffs & Fees
International orders may be subject to additional charges upon delivery, including import duties, taxes, tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and the shipping carrier, and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
In some cases, these fees can be significant and may exceed $100 USD or more depending on the value of the shipment and destination country.
All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for the package to be released for delivery. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges.
Refused shipments due to unpaid fees may be subject to return shipping costs and original shipping charges being non-refundable. We often offer “free shipping” codes for international residents, however please note this also does not include the charges mentioned above as they are not charged by us.
PROCESSING TIMES
Standard Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during holidays and sales and during our mobile show room's horse show dates. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Custom Apparel Orders
Custom orders are made for order, processing times for apparel can take up to 2 weeks.
Custom Tack Orders
Please see our Custom Order page for more information on the custom order process. Custom tack orders can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on size, and complexity of your order. Smaller orders should take no more than 8 weeks while larger and more complex orders may take longer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please note, the email you receive does not mean your order is with the carrier, it means the order is waiting to be picked up by the carrier. If status on your tracking number does not change for more than 5 days, please email customersupport@rivieraequisports.com
