Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Riviera will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased within the following guidelines:

  1. Customers will have the option of returning for store credit or an exchange of size depending on inventory. If your desired size is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  2. Returns accepted on regular priced items within 1 week (7 days) days of the item’s arrival. Returns and exchanges will be denied after 1 week. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED ON SALE, SAMPLE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS.
  3. Riviera Equisports will not be responsible for packages that are lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx. Once your item leaves our office, a tracking number will be issued. Once that tracking number states that it has been left at the address you provided, it is deemed "delivered" and is no longer in our control. For issues with delivery, please contact your local post office. 
  4. Sale items are final sale and therefore not returnable.
  5. Custom items, embroidery items and engraved items, are final sale and therefore not returnable.
  6. Returns and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if there are any signs of use.  All items must be sent back in their original condition with original tags and packaging material. If an item is returned with any sign of use, it will be returned to you and an refund / exchange will not be issued. Please be aware of the condition you return your product in. If you would not be satisfied receiving the product in the condition you are returning it in, it will most likely not be accepted. This includes any creases in the leather from buckles being fastened.
  7. There will be a $15.00 restocking fee for all apparel returns and a $50.00 restocking fee for all tack returns. Exchanges have no additional fee
  8. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer must monitor the tracking of their return and notify us of its arrival before a refund is processed. Send all returns to the original sending address.
  9. Returns are not guaranteed when a shipment is refused due to unpaid taxes, duties, tariffs, or other import-related fees. Riviera Equisports is unable to guarantee successful delivery once a package has been refused by the recipient, as delivery services are provided by third-party carriers such as UPS and USPS.

    If a refused package is returned to Riviera Equisports, any return shipping charges incurred by Riviera will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers will also be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with a second delivery attempt.

    Please note that import taxes, duties, tariffs, and other customs-related charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control.

When trying bridles on your horse we recommend testing the noseband size alone before fastening any buckles. This is to avoid any potential creasing or scratches to the leather. We have a $50.00 bridle restocking fee, we highly encourage everyone to confirm their size with the size chart which can be found if you click the “support” tab in our menu.
