Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Riviera will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased within the following guidelines:
- Customers will have the option of returning for store credit or an exchange of size depending on inventory. If your desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
- Returns accepted on regular priced items within 1 week (7 days) days of the item’s arrival (to you). Returns and exchanges will be denied after 1 week.
- Sale items are final sale and therefore not returnable.
- Custom items, embroidery items and engraved items, are final sale and therefore not returnable.
- Returns and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if there are any signs of use. All items must be sent back in NEW condition with original tags and packaging material.
- There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
