Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Riviera will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased within the following guidelines:

  1. Customers will have the option of returning for store credit or an exchange of size depending on inventory. If your desired size is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  2. Returns accepted on regular priced items within 1 week (7 days) days of the item’s arrival (to you). Returns and exchanges will be denied after 1 week. 
  3. Sale items are final sale and therefore not returnable.
  4. Custom items, embroidery items and engraved items, are final sale and therefore not returnable.
  5. Returns and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if there are any signs of use. All items must be sent back in their original condition with original tags and packaging material. If an item is returned with any sign of use, it will be returned to you and an exchange will not be issued. Please be aware of the condition you return your product in. If you would not be satisfied receiving the product in the condition you are returning it in, it will most likely not be accepted. 
  6. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.
  7. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
